I know customers can be a lot! I know! HOWEVER, that doesn't give you (Service provider) the right to behave the way you want towards ALL customers! That is just BAD MANNERS!
Sasa the other day I was pale 001Java (Nyali)and the customer experience was off! BUT I know it is an isolated incident! I KNOW! Lakini hii "isolated incident" is either following me ama I am following IT!
Bottom line : It keeps popping up!
Since yesterday was a holiday, my girls and I decided to have brunch pale Reinsurance plaza. We walk in and the guard at the entrance is very warm.
The lady who serves us is pleasant and swiftly gets our order. We are happy!
The full Java Breakfast is NO Joke! It is A LOT! When it was time to leave we flagged down a waitress to get the bill and also have the home fries packed.
Ice : (To the waitress) Please pack this for me.
My Pal :(To the waitress) Thank you!
( 10 mins later)
We have not gotten our doggy bag. My pal decides to go ask what is taking too long. She's asked to wait for the waitress who cleared our table.
She comes.
Ice : Is the packing almost done?
Waitress : (Cold stare) Haukusema ni pack.
Ice : What?
Waitress : Yeah. You didn't tell me to pack. You said "thank you". hio tu!
My Pal : Mimi nilisema :Thank you" She asked you to pack the food.
Waitress : (with a sneer in her eyes) Maybe it was a miscommunication. Is it ok?
Ice : NO! It is NoT okay!
Waitress : Ok, ngojeni kidogo. (she walks to the kitchen)
At this point, how sure am I she won't go get the potatoes from the trash can? With that kind of attitude, I wouldn't trust her as far as
We walk out!
After the day's errands we decided to wind down with some caffeine. Pale The service we get is AMAZING.The lady is patient, she keeps checking on us to ensure we are OK (and this was rush hour)
