Overcooked lentils?
2 cups lentils
1 Tbsp YETU's herb mix
1 egg
1/2 cup of oatmeal
Shallow fry. Flip after 4 minutes
Serve with YETU's salsa and greens.

A YETU inspired meal created by a friend. Flour dusted tilapia using YETU's herb mix. And instead of ketchup, YETU's salsa for the potato wedges. Looks delicious Aida!
