GIVING
Why do "MOST" Christians never help each other financially. Why the stinginess? In a way that it might seem that all Christians are poor.
A hand that gives is a hand that receives Blessing. I tell you, you can go to a Christian with a big or small problem, that requires certain amount of money, they might have and not give it to you, saying I will Pray for you my dear brother/sister the Lord will help you. The Lord uses people to help other people, and if you help the Lord will come through to you when you're in need.
Do not send someone to God or Prayers when you can assist or are able. Giving is also an answered Prayers to someone. You might not know, maybe the person Prayed and the Spirit of God directed the person to you, knowing you have what they need.
Another thing. It's a pity when a Christian goes to Church with thousands and gives an offering of coins (10, 20,40 shs) who told you that the Lord do not deserve notes? You lie. And that's stinginess. Am not saying that you should give beyond your reach. But give something reasonable. How can you be stingy to the One that gave you life, Protects and Blesses you? Change this behavior. That Church that you go to needs to be maintained, there are orphans and widows in the Church that, that same offering can help. Giving the Church is giving God.
"Saying this am not referring to the Churches that preach prosperity and milk their congregation dry. And preach only tithes and offering the entire summon."
Most Christians can not single handedly build or buy things of the Church without mentioning others (and in this case they can be able to but are in competition with others) saying in their hearts why should I do it alone. Be smart, in eyes of the Lord and in Heaven there is no competition. But your deeds and works is what will take you there.
Lord please help me,so that I may keep sharing my wisdom to my fellow peers....let this text of giving transform their mind and also change their attitude towards giving... I prey that you will keep on giving as your blessings father....... .......
I pray this short as I believe
Amen
