Once you have topped up your account, go back to the preferred voucher. Once the voucher goes live the timer will start counting down. To get the voucher you have to buzz (click on the buzz button). Immediately you click your name will come up as the last buzzer. If someone else clicks on the buzz, their name comes up. Make sure your name is the last name to have buzzed when the random clock stops.
