Sage is a herb.It’s high in antioxidants and may help support oral health, aid brain function and lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels thus The leaf is used to make medicine.
Sage is used for digestive problems, including loss of appetite, gas (flatulence), stomach pain (gastritis), diarrhea, bloating, and heartburn. It is also used for reducing overproduction of perspiration and saliva; and for depression and memory loss.

Women use sage for painful menstrual periods, to correct excessive milk flow during nursing, and to reduce hot flashes during menopause.
Some people inhale sage for asthma.

Sage being one of the most powerfull herbs,it can also be used in smudging For:

2. It may help relieve the symptoms of some conditions
3. It can be a spiritual tool
4. It may help dispel negative energy

capsicum farming performs well in relatively hot areas like in Eastern and Coastal regions.

Benefits of capsicum
Excellent source of vitamin A and C
Has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties
Rich in antioxidants which are essential in maintaining good health.
Rich in potassium which helps in regulation of blood pressure
Source of dietary fiber
Good source of vitamin B6 and folate which lower homocystein level.
Capsicums can be grown outdoors or indoors (in greenhouses) depending on the varieties.

The crop requires slightly warmer temperatures.Propagation of capsicum is by seeds, which are first raised in a nursery before transplanting into the main field.

Tips!
Seeds germinate within 2 to 3 weeks depending on the variety and the ecological conditions.
The beds should be shaded to protect the seedlings from direct sunlight and strong wind.
Proper nutrition promotes production of strong and healthy seedlings hence a healthy crop when transplanted.
Seedlings are ready for transplanting after attaining 4-5 leaves, which is approximately 6 to 7 weeks
Capsicum requires adequate water supply for optimal production. Inadequate water supply causes stress, wilting, flowers abortion and development of physiological disorders like blossom end rot.
Harvesting can begin 2.5 to 3 months after planting, depending on the ecological conditions and the variety grown, and this can continue for 4 to 6 times if good management is ensured.

Depending on the purpose for which the crop is grown and the availability of market, harvesting can be done at green, partially green and red or yellow colour stages.

The harvested fruits should be placed under shade for sorting, grading and packaging.

Mating success requires that farmers interfere on a daily basis in order to help rabbits mate together, particularly in small and medium-sized farms.
A doe ready for mating must be at least four months old. Mating must absolutely take place in the male’s cage, preferably early in the morning or in the evening, during the coolest hours.Breeding performances will depend on the doe’s health and her receptivity. Her v***a should be dark pink. If her v***a is pale, white or purplish pink, it means that she is not fully receptive. The female’s acceptance of the male should be quick and natural.Take caution because the slightest sign of reluctance can lead to a fight. Also check that the female is not already pregnant, otherwise she could turn down the male. Experts advise that the rabbit and the doe be mated twice before removing the male from the cage. This action can be repeated 10 days later to maximize the chances at success.
