This is really cool. One of our 3D models has been animated by motion capture data from Mixamo.

Our first 3D printed figurine

We’re pretty impressed that it stands up by itself. It’s also quite heavy. About the density of rubber so just imagine the weight of a 12cm tall eraser. The facial features are a bit soft compared to the CG Model but the colours add realism so it still very much looks like the subject. The material, made from gypsum powder embedded with glue and ink, is more robust than I expected. A bit like porcelain but the surface is rough like smoothed sandstone.
