FACTO’s mission is to spread Japanese artists worldwide.
FACTO promises the following three commitments:
1. Supporting Artists
FACTO directly partners with artists and produces items independently, allowing a significant portion of sales to go directly to the artists.
This means your purchases directly support the artists you love.
2. Offering Global Access to Products
Since beginning sales in Japan in 2014, FACTO has expanded internationally through events and retailers in places like Taiwan and the United States. In 2020, we began experimental online sales outside Japan.
In 2022, we relaunched our online shop, making it easier than ever for fans worldwide to purchase FACTO artists’ items in the most convenient way possible.
3. Delivering What Fans Want
FACTO handles all planning, development, production, and sales in-house, allowing us to offer exactly what fans want. We continue listening closely to fans’ requests and expanding our lineup of artists and products.
FACTO’s staff is committed to fulfilling these three promises to ensure our artists’ work spreads globally, bringing joy to fans everywhere.
