*Announcement*

Dear Costumers,

In light of the recent relatively volatile Japanese Yen, we are excited to announce that we have decided to make changes to our pricing structure. The change is to better reflect the changes in SGD-JPY rates while addressing the rising cost in Japan.

Starting from 10th November 2025, we will be introducing Dynamic Forex Conversion. This system will replace the current fixed global rate, allowing us to take the average of forex exchange rate of the week, which will likely be close to the actual rate of SGD-JPY. The actual rate used when calculating the pricing will be provided upon request for quotation.

With this change, we will also be permanently replacing our S$5 Handling Fee with a service charge. The Service Charge will be a flat 10% of the total price, before discounts. This charge will be used to offset the rising operating costs and FX fees.
With this change, we will also cease the current Arigathanks!! Discount promo.

All other fees will remain the same.

While the switch in pricing structure might seem complicated, it should result in a decrease of roughly 5% in overall prices. The new DFC system will also be better at capturing the movement of JPY quickly.

We hope a cheaper price will bring more joy and allow us to bring Japan to you without hurting your wallet.

Arigathanks!! Promo is back!

In light of the exchange rate stabilizing, we have decided to bring back our Arigathanks!! promo to thank our customers for their support! That's 3% off all your purchases & fees!

Once again, we regret that we're unable to pass down more savings to customers as the rising cost and price hikes in Japan has negated most of the savings from the weakened yen. But we will continue to monitor the current situation and hope to bring further savings to customer as the exchange rate changes.

Waiver of handling fee will continue to apply!

*Notice*

We have been informed by Japan Post that delivery fee for sending domestic mail will be adjusted from 1st October 2024. The adjustment will see domestic mail fee increase by 15-30% depending on size and weight.

Please note that this will affect services with domestic mailing required such as selling of item on merucari, and forwarding of items within Japan.

*Announcement*

In light of the further weakening of the Japanese Yen, we have again reviewed all aspects of our costs and decided to revise our rate. This allows us to bring more savings from the weakening Yen to our customers, as well as maintaining our position as one of the cheapest proxy shopping/forwarding service around!

Our revised global rate will be JPY100 - 1SGD
This will take effect from next week (Nov, 13 2023).
With the revision, we will also be ceasing our Arigathanks!! promo. However, waiver of handling fee will continue to be
applied. Overweight shipping fee is now waived too!

Also, due to rising costs, we have decided to adjust our forwarding fee to S$3 per line item/parcel. This will take effect from Nov, 20 2023 to allow ample time for customers with item(s) waiting to be consolidated to put in their shipping request. Shipment before Nov, 20 will still be charged at S$2 per line item/parcel. *We will be notifying customers who have item(s) currently with us.

Once again, we apologies for not being able to bring more savings from the weakening Yen to you due to rising costs in Japan.
