How to use LOCA☕️

Step 1: Heat up LOCA by pouring boiling water
✔︎Otherwse, the coffee drips very slowly

Step 2: Put most coarsely ground beans 
✔︎Fine to medium grind causes the filter clog

Step 3: Saturate the grounds and wait for 30 sec.

Step 4: Pour over slowly in 3 to 4 times
✔︎⏱ 3.5 min- 4 min

Step 5: After brewing, throw away the grounds and rinse the filter with hot water untill the water becomes clear

It is scientifically proved that 78% of astringency and 88% of saltiness are reduced by dripping with LOCA. (Research conducted by Intelligent Sensor Technology Ltd.)
