Built a 6’6” Travel Rod from RodGeeks, with a little Rasta Flare. Took it to Jamaica and tried to catch some fish, with not much success. Left the rod with a new friend, and in a couple days he has already caught more than I did. Good Luck pal!! Going fishing with him next time!!

Customer Pick Up. St Croix 12’ Surf Rod. This Heavy Mod-Fast blank is rated for 30-65 lb test line, and throws 6-16oz. Rod features Fuji Reel Seat with Double Lock and Fuji Guides. Cork tape rear section for durability in and out of rod holders. The Rope Fore Grip ties this build to the customer’s previous builds and his grandfathers old fiberglass surf rod. Some R&D in the NC Smokey Mountains. Took the 8’5” - 4 wt NFC Alpha Gamma into the hills for Wild Rainbows and Native Brook Trout. And then Tested out the NFC Glass on some Delayed Harvest fish, landing this beautiful Brown.
