A DAE ethos is to hire talented members of society who haven’t always been given certain opportunities due to lack of privilege.
I’m happy I met Django a shoemaker with over 35 years experience. He’s from Waterhouse and I’m from Stony Hill. What we have in common is good hearts, a positive mindset and dreams of what DAE can be.
