Want to become a master chocolatier? Celebrate lunar new year with this creative, hands-on workshop with our very own chocolatier Richard Davies and

Drawing on traditional colours and symbols, this session blends culture, creativity, and a touch of sweetness.

You’ll create a selection of handmade chocolates during this session, including:

* Six chocolate truffles, filled with a choice of four different fillings
* Hand-rolled truffles, finished with a selection of four different toppings
* Chocolate bark, inspired by the Chinese Year of the Horse

Stay refreshed during the session with a glass of Chinese alcohol (for adults ONLY) or juice.

And at the end you’ll take home your creations!

Crafted by our in-house chocolatier, Richard, each one is moulded, filled and hand-painted to create a truly artisanal experience.

You’ll find four flavours in each box: raspberry and white chocolate; salted caramel; blackberry and blackberry gin, and cherry 🍒

We’re looking to hire a part time delivery driver. Hours are approximately 7.15 to 9.15 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and 7.15 to 10.15 Friday and Saturday. Competitive pay plus petrol. Must have own transport and be either entitled or registered to work in Jersey.

Good news - our handmade chocolate boxes are back!

Carefully crafted by our in-house chocolatier, Richard, using chocolate from the Ivory Coast, Ghana and Ecuador, each one is painted with cocoa butter and filled with a different flavour:

- Salted caramel and milk chocolate
- Blackberry gin (made exclusively for us by ) with dark chocolate
- Pistachio and white chocolate
- Cherry bakewell and milk chocolate

Wednesday 1st: closed
