Do you know what the benefits of eating seafood are?

Fish, shellfish, prawns, crabs, etc are packed with many nutrients that most people are lacking, including high-quality protein, iodine, and various vitamins and minerals. Seafood in general is full of nutrients, including, vitamin B, B-complex vitamins, vitamin A, omega-3s, and some even filled with vitamin D.

Needless to say omega-3 fatty acids has countless benefits crucial for optimal body and brain function, as well as it´s strongly linked to a reduced risk of many diseases.

Like any other source of protein, it´s important to choose how quality seafood to guarantee its nutrients. Go for fresh and seasonal ones.

Do you know the benefits of Red Meat Protein Sources?

Beef, pork, lamb and others are good source of high quality protein, as it contains amino acids which is essential for growth, maintenance and the repair of the body and also provide energy.

On top of protein, red meat supplies iron which is easily absorbed by the body, vitamin B12, which helps make DNA and keeps nerve and red blood cells healthy, and zinc, which keeps the immune system working properly.
