Enjoy a breathtaking real-time view of one of the most iconic places in the Eternal City — the magnificent Spanish Steps and the elegant Fontana della Barcaccia.
Built between 1723 and 1725, the famous staircase features 135 steps connecting Piazza di Spagna to the beautiful Trinità dei Monti church above. Despite the name, the square takes its name from the Spanish Embassy to the Holy See located nearby.
At the foot of the staircase lies the stunning Barcaccia Fountain, designed by Pietro Bernini and his son Gian Lorenzo Bernini in the early Baroque period. According to legend, its unique boat shape was inspired by a boat stranded here after the great flood of the Tiber River in 1598.
Today, Piazza di Spagna remains one of Rome’s most beloved landmarks, surrounded by luxury boutiques, historic cafés, and timeless beauty. 🌅
