Just finished three great days of book fair at the American School of Milan: t's party time when the book fair comes to town! So many teachers told me their favourite time of year at school growing up was Book Fair and we saw for ourselves the same thing is true today as it was years ago. As I celebrate 20 years of making the ASM book fairs magical this year, I was delighted to spread some of the magic that books bring.

We had a great time at the St. Louis Colonna school of Milan today for parent teacher conference day, so many families turned up to tell me what they have read, are currently reading and are looking forward with great excitement to reading next! One of the best parts of a school book fair is to share a passion for reading and pass it on to children, parents and teachers! Wishing a happy reading weekend to everyone!

We had a great day on World Book Day last week at the International School of Monza! The beautiful library was transformed for the day into a colourful book shop for everyone to browse and celebrate the importance of books and reading.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the St. Louis school Caviglia campus in Milan today where I am surrounded by Christmas trees and we are jolly and bright!

Had a great three days at the International School of Verona this week, enjoying the colourful location of the main entrance hall! children, parents and teachers all enjoyed "la bella iniziativa" that a book fair is, the chance to see so many appropriate and beautiful books in English.

We've had a lovely two days in the Andersen International school seeing all the children and teachers again, it's always so nice to hear how their reading is progressing and which new levels they are reaching in their Reading For Pleasure!

We had a great book fair yesterday in the wonderful surroundings of the St. Louis Colonna school in Milan, lots of excitement and Christmas books out for the first time because it's that time of year and we will all be humming Jingle Bells before long! Get your Christmas books early!

First book fair of the new school year at the British School of Milan's parents' evening (part one) today: the sun shone, the evening was dry and lots of families enjoyed choosing new books to celebrate great report cards, and other books for extra study. It was lovely to see everyone!
