تعلن شركة جديدة تعمل في مجال المواد الاحتياطية للسيارات والمكائن الثقيلة في أربيل عن حاجتها إلى موظفين للانضمام إلى فريقها ضمن الوظائف التالية:
1. مدير (Manager)
2. موظف ماركتنك (Marketing Officer)
3. موظف مبيعات (Sales Officer)
1. مدير (Manager)
خبرة سابقة في الإدارة أو الإشراف لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.
قدرة على وضع الخطط التشغيلية وتنظيم العمل اليومي.
مهارة عالية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس، خاصة Excel وWord.
مهارات تواصل قوية مع القدرة على إدارة فريق.
معرفة عامة بقطاع السيارات والمكائن الثقيلة (أفضلية وليست شرطًا).

2. موظف ماركتنك (Marketing Officer)
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في التسويق أو المبيعات.
خبرة في التسويق الرقمي وإعداد الحملات عبر السوشال ميديا.
القدرة على إعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية عن الأداء والمبيعات.
مهارة دراسة السوق والمنافسين واقتراح خطط تطوير فعّالة.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق أهداف محددة KPI.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة وبناء علاقات مع العملاء.

3. موظف مبيعات (Sales Officer)
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 2–3 سنوات في مجال المبيعات.
معرفة جيدة بالقطع الاحتياطية والمعدات الثقيلة (ميزة أساسية).
القدرة على التفاوض والإقناع وتحقيق أهداف البيع الشهرية.
مهارة إعداد عروض الأسعار ومتابعة العملاء.
القدرة على إدارة الوقت وتنظيم زيارات الشركات والزبائن.
شخصية قوية وتمتلك مهارات تمثيل الشركة بشكل احترافي.
