I am nammi jagadeswara rao(50) resident of Vivekananda Veedhi, Reddy Kancharapalem, Visakhaptnam. I have wife,daughter and son. I have been suffering from Renal Disease.My blood group is O Positive. My two kidneys are failed. Now I am under going dialysis( weekly twice )at Lazarus hospital in Visakhapatnam. and medication. Nephrologist advised to go for Kidney Transplantation. It is heriditory kidney problem. Kidey Transplantation is highly expensive medical procedure. I am working in Laundry. My dialy wage is 200/-. My health is not permitting to work.
