Store Manager:
Job Role:
1. Handle walk-in customers & understand their needs
2. Sale of the products, up selling & cross-selling of products/services
3. Maintain sales targets.
4. It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
5. Maintaining stocks and managing team members.
6. Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and managing delivery of Orders to customer at minimum time.
7. Ensures availability of stocks, maintaining inventories
8. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store
9. Analyses sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits
10. Manages and motivates the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
11. Manages stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
Salary:
15,000 – 20,000 CTC per month + Incentives that depends on your interview. It's a Full Time job in Uttarpara/Dankuni. (PF, ESI Available)
Billing Executive
Job Role:
1. Billing at the store using our POS (Training will be provided to handle the POS)
2. Managing stock
3. Product Entry • Salary* : 10K - 20K (as per the work location)
Salary:
10,000 – 14,000 CTC per month depends on your interview and Experience. It's a Full Time job in Uttarpara/Dankuni. (PF, ESI Available)
Store Helper:
Job Role:
1. Daily cleaning the Shop / Gowdown.
2. Getting refreshments.
3. Unpacking and Racking goods
4. Re-Recking of goods ordered by customers and packing them for dispatch.
5. Noting orders from customers on counter and getting the goods they want.
6. Showing samples to customers.
7. Keeping the workplace clean and organized.
Salary:
10,000 – 12,000 CTC per month depends on your interview and Experience. It's a Full Time job in Uttarpara/Dankuni. (PF, ESI Available)
