A Customer asked for beauty hamper and said their budget is Rs 3000 and then i said for 2000 we buy products and the 1000 we put for box travel packaging & labour which they are ok with
Then after finalizing the products with him his sister & His MIL we got the products and send the pics then they started questioning about prices of branded cosmetics accusing they come for less amount where we shocked for that reaction but i tried explaing single products doesn't get in discounts and send all photos with mrps of products
Then they asked for more products like teddy bear chocolates and fairy lights where I said this will cross the budget then all 3 people started texting me saying we are over priced and calling late at night judging disrespecting our hard work, the time we put through and the travel we had for sourcing their products were i literally gone through trauma yet we finished the hamper and i sent the pics they said they said its ugly and waste of money 😢😥 also now there are commented in social media with all bad comments
i wanna tell these people one thing we only know how much we are going through and we dont need to explain this to those kind of people who cant see other people hard work but also we are so lucky having wonderful clients who understanding our hard work and supporting us ☺️ Thanks a lot
