How to be a good customer?
1. Check the price of product only if you are really interested in buying. Person who sell is also a human. And mostly woman who are in business have family too. Do not waste their time unnecessarily.
2. If you are not happy with the price just keep calm with a thankyou. Stop questioning about the price or bargaining unless and until they say they have discounts incase of bulk order / price is negotiable. Whatever is the case do not question abt the price the seller fix for a product. Being a crafter they have alrights to fix a price for their hardwork. A buyer has no rights to comment on the price. Buy if its in your budget or leave it.
3. Atleast leave a thanks msg for the seller who took time to answer your query. Dont just disappear... we get 'seen' and no responce... then you look bad in the view of a unknown person. Next time you enquire price in the same page, you cannot expect an answer.
4. Check price of one or two products to get an idea of the price in the page instead of enquiring price of a big list of products. As i said we too are humans and after answering all questions and you disappear without placing an order... sure pls never ever enquire price in the page again... you are taking risk. ;)
5. Make payments before the shipping date. Do not ask the seller to ship before making a payment. After all we are not known to each other.
6. Finalise your requirment before the seller packs your products. Its not jus a bag that carries all your requested products. We pack each and every product seperately in a zip lock pack and then place them in a bag or box. Again its wrapped twice or thrice depending on product shipped. Its not easy to unpack and add the last minute products requested.
7. Always ask the seller to send the pic of product before shipping. So that you can chk once and get it shipped. This will avoid unnecessary issues like 'not the same color', 'not this size', 'missing something' type of issues.
8. Answer the queries of seller asap to avoid delay in delivery.
9. Immediately update the seller about the package received. Dont expect the seller to be behind you to chk whether you received the package.
10. Pls do not use image of a product from one seller to enquire abt the same product from other sellers without the owner's permission. Dont act smart by cropping the image. As a buyer you may not identify whose is it, but being a coartist or seller we know whose image is that even if you crop.
11. When you enquire for a product and you got it, pls do update the sellers whom you enquired abt the products or sellers who quoted you their price.
12. Last but important... Please take time to leave your review or feedback in the seller's page. It really means a lot. :) more than money the appreciation is what that makes a crafter happy.
