This Janmashtami, prepare a sweet treat for your family with this quick and easy recipe of Sago Pudding.

Sago Pudding:
Ingredients:
Milk 200 ml
Custard powder 10 grams
Sago 20 grams
Sugar 40 grams
Fresh fruits for garnishing
Water 20 ml

Method of preparation:
1. Take a bowl, add milk and sago in it. Allow the mixture to soak overnight.
2. In a pan, add the overnight soaked mixture and simmer on a slow flame for 3-4 minutes.
3. Mix water and custard powder, and add in the mixture. Stir the mixture constantly and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add sugar and allow it to melt.
5. Add the mixture in the desired mould, and place it in the refrigerator to set for 2 hours.
6. Demould and garnish with fresh fruits; serve chilled.
