The secret behind great cocoa starts with proper drying ☀️🍫

For long-term storage, cocoa beans should ideally have a moisture content of less than 7%. Higher moisture can increase the risk of mold, spoilage, and quality deterioration.

This batch of cocoa beans is testing at 6.0% moisture, making it suitable for safe storage while preserving the bean quality and flavor potential.

We started our chocolate journey in 2020 with very small quantities, pure curiosity, and lots of passion. 🍫✨

During 2020–2021, out of curiosity, we sent our Spicy Tang 62% chocolate bar to the International Chocolate Awards…

And to our surprise…

🏆 We won the Bronze Award in the Asia Pacific region.

For a small homegrown bean-to-bar brand, this recognition meant a lot. It gave us confidence, encouragement, and belief that even small beginnings can reach international platforms.

That one moment inspired us to continue this journey with even more dedication and love. ❤️
