READ: 1 Peter 5:1-7

Be thou diligent to know the state of thy flocks, and look well to thy herds.

Proverbs 27:23

Church growth is accomplished through constant effort. Without persistence in seeking the growth of the church, you will never have a mega church. Many pastors are unwilling to apply the relentless, unremitting and exacting efforts that are required to accomplish church growth. The church, like a farm, will require you to bestow much labour on it.

Diligence is the constant and earnest effort to accomplish what is undertaken. Diligence is the persistent exertion of your body and mind towards your goal. Church growth happens by being attentive and persistent in building the church. Church growth happens through diligence. “The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want” (Proverbs 21:5). Church growth will be given to pastors who believe in diligence. Church growth will be given to pastors who are relentless in their pursuit of church expansion.

“I WARN and counsel the elders among you (the pastors and spiritual guides of the church) as a fellow elder and as an eyewitness [called to testify] of the sufferings of Christ, as well as a sharer in the glory (the honor and splendor) that is to be revealed (disclosed, unfolded): Tend (nurture, guard, guide, and fold) the flock of God that is [your responsibility], not by coercion or constraint, but willingly; not dishonorably motivated by the advantages and profits [belonging to the office], but eagerly and cheerfully;” (1 Peter 5:1-2).

नीतिवचन 27:23

निरंतर प्रयास से चर्च की वृद्धि पूरी होती है। चर्च के विकास की मांग में दृढ़ता के बिना, आपके पास एक बड़ा चर्च कभी नहीं होगा। कई पास्टर उन अथक, निरंतर और सटीक प्रयासों को लागू करने के लिए तैयार नहीं हैं जो चर्च के विकास को पूरा करने के लिए आवश्यक हैं। एक खेत की तरह, आपको चर्च में भी बहुत अधिक श्रम करने की आवश्यकता होगी।

किसी चीज को पूरा करने के लिए निरंतर और ईमानदारी से प्रयास करने को ही लगन कहते हैं। लगन आपके लक्ष्य के प्रति आपके शरीर और मन का निरंतर परिश्रम है। चर्च के निर्माण में चौकस और लगातार लगन रहने से चर्च की वृद्धि होती है। चर्च का विकास परिश्रम से होता है। “काम-काजी की कल्पनाओं से केवल लाभ होता है, परन्तु उतावली करनेवाले को केवल घटी होती है।”(नीतिवचन 21: 5)। परिश्रम में विश्वास रखने वाले पास्टरों को ही को चर्च की वृद्धि दी जाएगी। चर्च की वृद्धि को उन पास्टरों को दी जाएगी जो चर्च वृद्धि की अपनी खोज में अथक हैं।

“तुम में जो प्राचीन हैं (चर्च के पादरी और आध्यात्मिक मार्गदर्शक), मैं उनके समान प्राचीन और मसीह के दु:खों का गवाह (गवाही देने के लिए बुलाए गए) और प्रगट होनेवाली (खुलासा होना, सामने आना) महिमा (सम्मान और वैभव) में सहभागी होकर उन्हें यह समझाता हूँ कि परमेश्‍वर के उस झुंड की, जो तुम्हारे बीच में है रखवाली करो (पोषण, रखवाली, मार्गदर्शन); और यह दबाव से नहीं (आपकी जिम्मेदारी है) परन्तु परमेश्‍वर की इच्छा के अनुसार आनन्द से, और नीच-कमाई के लिये नहीं (कार्यालय से संबंधित) पर मन लगा कर;” 1 पतरस 5:1-2

ESCAPE THE DEVOURER

3rd September, 2020

READ: Malachi 3:7-12

And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground … saith the Lord of hosts.

Malachi 3:11

Have you ever wondered why people get bigger and fatter in their middle ages? Often they are not eating more. In fact, many middle aged people go on diets to lose weight and still put on weight. What is the reason for the increase in weight? As people get older, their metabolism slows down. In other words the fire that burns up the fat slows down. If the metabolic fire in the body was consuming ten units of fat every day, it may drop to five units.

Suddenly, you would start to have an increase of an extra five units of fat available every day. With almost no effort, you put on weight and become broader and wider. That is why you can know someone’s age by his or her size. As you get older your metabolism drops, (the devourer is rebuked) and the weight gain (prosperity) occurs.

Indeed, non-tithers become poorer because of the presence of unchecked devourers in their lives. Tithers become richer as the devourers are rebuked. God promises tithers in Malachi 3:10-11 that He will rebuke the devourer or the waster.

Do not say that tithing is under the Law. Tithing was before the Law, during the Law and after the Law! True maturity comes from taking in the whole Bible and believing every Scripture in its right context.

Our feet stand on solid ground when one foot is in the Old Testament and the other in the New Testament! The Old Testament is the basis for the new.

नाश करनेवाले से छुटकारा

यह पढ़ें : मलाकी 3: 7-12
मैं तुम्हारे लिये नाश करनेवाले को ऐसा घुड़कूँगा कि वह तुम्हारी भूमि की उपज नष्‍ट न करेगा, और तुम्हारी दाखलताओं के फल कच्‍चे न गिरेंगे, सेनाओं के यहोवा का यही वचन है।
मलाकी 3:11

क्या आपने कभी सोचा है कि लोग अपने मध्य युग में मोटे क्यों हो जाते हैं? अक्सर वे अधिक नहीं खा रहे हैं। वास्तव में, कई मध्यम आयु वर्ग के लोग वजन कम करने के लिए डाइट पर जाते हैं और फिर भी वजन कम नहीं होता। वजन बढ़ने का कारण क्या है? जैसे-जैसे लोग बड़े होते हैं, उनका उपापचय धीमा होता जाता है। दूसरे शब्दों में, चरबी जलाने वाली आग धीमी हो जाती है। यदि शरीर में उपापचय की आग हर दिन दस यूनिट वसा का सेवन कर रही थी, तो यह पांच इकाइयों तक गिर सकती है।

अचानक, आप हर दिन अतिरिक्त पांच यूनिट वसा की वृद्धि अनुभव करेंगे। लगभग बिना किसी प्रयास के, आपका वजन बढ़ता जाता है और आप व्यापक और चौड़े होते जाते हैं। यही कारण है कि आप किसी व्यक्ति की आयु उसके आकार से जान सकते हैं। जैसे-जैसे आपकी उम्र बढ़ने लगती है आपका उपापचय धीमा होता जाता है (नाश करनेवाले को फटकार लगाई जाती है) और वजन बढ़ने लगता (समृद्धि) है।

दशमांश न देने वाले लोग, नाश करनेवाले की उपस्थिति के कारण कंगाल होते जाते हैं। और दशमांश देने वाले लोग अमीर होते जाते हैं। मलाकी 3: 10-11 में प्रभु ने दशमांश देने वालों से वादा किया है कि वह नाश करनेवाले को फटकार देगा।

यह मत कहो कि दशमांश देना पुराने नियम के तहत है। दशमांश पुराने नियम से पहले, पुराने नियम के दौरान और पुराने नियम के बाद भी था! सच्ची परिपक्वता पूरे बाइबल और हर शास्त्र को उसके सही संदर्भ में मानने से आती है।

जब हमारा एक पैर पुराने नियम में और दूसरा नए नियम में तो हम ठोस जमीन पर खड़े होते हैं है! पुराना नियम नए का आधार है।

READ: Numbers 11:1-15

We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt freely; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlick:

Numbers 11:5

After this, the Lord took the children of Israel through the Red Sea. He gave them a pillar of fire by night and a pillar of cloud by day. Yet all these did not register in the hearts of the Israelites. They turned against Moses at the first opportunity. They murmured against the Most High and provoked Him to the uttermost. Through this attitude, the children of Israel generated a frenzied crowd of fearful people. Panic whipped through the congregation and no one believed in Moses any longer.

Forgetting the great things God had done, led to the historic failure of God’s people entering the Promised Land.

Because murmuring emanates from an evil spirit, there is a point at which it does not even make sense. It is a repeated act of rebellion against a person. It is anointed from Hell and fully controlled by an evil being. Avoid people who murmur as if you are avoiding the plague.

The complaints of the children of Israel, if analyzed, look almost like the senseless gibberish of a crazed monkey. What else would a slave desire more than freedom from slavery? Yet, this benefit seemed not to register in their memory. Notice how irrational and ridiculous these grumblings were: they complained about not having garlic! Don’t you think any normal present-day prisoner would exchange some garlic for his freedom? Every prisoner in the world would accept a deal to never eat garlic again until he dies, if he is freed. Yet these were some of the ludicrous complaints of God’s people.

परमेश्वर ने जो महान कार्य किए हैं, उन्हें भूलकर, परमेश्वर के लोगों को वाचा के देश में प्रवेश न कर पाने की ऐतिहासिक विफलता का सामना करना पड़ा।

क्योंकि कुड़कुड़ाना दुष्ट आत्मा की ओर से आता है है, तो एक समय आता है जब इसका कुछ अर्थ नहीं निकलता। यह एक व्यक्ति के खिलाफ विद्रोह का दोहराव है। कुड़कुड़ाने का अभिषेक नरक से किया जाता है और यह पूरी तरह से दुष्ट आत्मा द्वारा नियंत्रित किया जाता है। जैसे कि आप महामारी से दूर भागते हैं, उन लोगों से भी दूर भागें जो कुड़कुड़ाते रहते हैं।

इज़राइल के बच्चों की शिकायतें, अगर विश्लेषण किया जाए, तो लगभग एक पागल बंदर के संवेदनहीन बड़बड़ की तरह लगतीं हैं। गुलामी से आजादी से ज्यादा एक गुलाम की इच्छा और क्या होगी? फिर भी, यह लाभ उन्हें अच्छा नहीं लग रहा था। ध्यान दें कि इनका कुड़कुड़ाना कितना तर्कहीन था: उन्होंने लहसुन न होने की शिकायत की! क्या आपको नहीं लगता कि कोई भी सामान्य वर्तमान कैदी अपनी स्वतंत्रता के लिए कुछ लहसुन का त्याग करने के लिए तैयार होगा? दुनिया का हर कैदी मरते दम तक लहसुन को फिर से कभी नहीं खाने का सौदा स्वीकार करेगा, अगर उसे आजादी मिल जाए। फिर भी यही प्रभु के जनों की कुछ भद्दी शिकायतें थीं।

आलोचनावादी आपको बेकार बनाने की कोशिश करेगा। बेलियल नाम का अर्थ है व्यर्थता। शैतान आपकी सेवकाई को बेकार बनाने की कोशिश कर रहा है। वह आपको एक व्यर्थ इंसान बनाने की कोशिश करता है: नीतिवचन 6:26। शैतान आपको इस जीवन में न्यूनतम संभव स्तर तक कम करना चाहता है। वह दरिद्रता, निष्फलता और नाकाबिलता की आत्मा है। यीशु के नाम से आपको छुटकारा मिल रहा है!

आलोचनावादी आपको नियंत्रित करने का प्रयास करेगा। शैतान अंधकार का शासक है। जब आप पाप और अंधेरे में चलते हैं, तो आप उसके हाथों में चल रहे हैं। पाप से दूर रहो, उसके दायरे से दूर रहो और प्रकाश के करीब रहो।
यूहन्ना 8:12, आरोप लगाने वाला आपको धोखा देगा। आपके प्रति शैतान की ताकत, उसका धोखा देने की काबिलियत है। लगातार झूठ बोलने और भ्रामक चालों ने उसे मास्टर धोखेबाज बना दिया है। (प्रकाशितवाक्य 12: 9) वह आपको बहुत सी चीजों पर विश्वास करने में धोखा देने की कोशिश करेगा। हमारी अधिकांश कठिनाइयाँ भ्रम के कारण हैं। हमारे दुखों में से अधिकांश उन गलत चीज़ों के कारण है जिनपे हमने विश्वास किया। यदि शैतान पूरी दुनिया को धोखा देने में सक्षम है, तो आपको लगातार खुद से पूछना चाहिए: "मैं किस मौजूदा भ्रम का सामना कर रहा हूं?"

आलोचनावादी आपके साथ संघर्ष करेगा। सेवकाई में कदम रखते ही अपने जीवन की सबसे बड़ी लड़ाई की अपेक्षा करें। आप अपने अंतिम दिन तक लड़ते रहेंगे। चतुर दुष्ट आत्माएं, बुरी आत्माएं, ताकतवर शक्तियां आपको तब तक उलझाएंगी जब तक आप कब्र में लेट नहीं जाते। आपको जीवित रहने के लिए अलौकिक बुद्धि और प्रभु से निकटता की आवश्यकता है। यह शक्ति की बात नहीं है। यह झूठ और चतुर धोखेबाज से लड़ने के बारे में है।

READ: 1 John 1:5-10

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light…

1 John 1:7

The accuser will try to make you worthless. The name Belial means worthlessness. Satan is trying to make your ministry worthless. He tries to make you as an individual worthless: Proverbs 6:26. Satan wants to reduce you to the lowest possible level in this life. That is the spirit of poverty, uselessness and worthlessness. Be delivered in Jesus’ name!

The accuser will try to rule you. Satan is the ruler of darkness. When you walk in sin and darkness, you are walking into his hands. Stay away from sin, stay away from that realm and stay close to the light.

John 8:12. The accuser will deceive you. Satan’s strength towards you is deception. Persistent lying and deceptive tricks have made him the master deceiver of all time: (Revelation 12:9). He will try to deceive you into believing many things that are not so. Most of our difficulties are because of delusions. Most of our sorrows are because of erroneous things that we have believed. If Satan is able to deceive the whole world then you must constantly ask yourself: “What current delusion am I experiencing?”

The accuser will fight with you. Expect the fight of your life as you step into ministry. You will be fighting until your very last day. Intelligent demons, wicked spirits, wrestling powers will engage you until you lie down in the grave. You need supernatural wisdom and closeness to God to survive. It is not about power. It is about fighting a liar and a clever deceiver.
