Lemongrass! Or locally called as ā€˜Gavti chaiā€™.

Enjoy a warm tea on a rainy day to keep the cold away, just put in some in boiling water, let it sit for a few minutes and enjoy.

Another must have in every household.
The healing properties are no secret. It is also widely used in herbal tea all over India.

Considered sacred. There are 2 varieties in holy basil - Krishna Tulsi and Ram Tulsi.

In this post, introducing our very own farm dog, Sufi, with the Hibiscus flower variety.

Yet another flowering, low maintenance plant.
It is no secret that the flowers are used for a variety of purposes from making tea to using them in the hair oils.

As a side note, this one is also the favourite of Lord Ganesha.
All the more reason to have one in your garden.

Grows well in either a pot or in the ground.
