I was the person who was always worried and
One day I came across the book named ''how to stop worrying and start leaving'' by dale carnegie

One of the best books for changing an attitude toward life and how to tackle the situation and worries because I believe in you only get one life, which you should live to the fullest

This book has changed my life in many ways some of my learning from this book are gives below;

1. Worry will make you die early and live an unfulfilled life
2. to overcome worry, live in tight compartments i.e. shut the doors of the future and past and embrace the moment
3. Always anAlyze the situation fearlessly and honestly
4. Devote your time and energy to try and improve on the worst that can happen
5. keep yourself busy you
6. DO not permit small things to ruin your life
7. Decide whether the thing giving anxiety deserves that much attention or not
8. Let the past bury it's dead
9. Fill your mind with the right thoughts
10. Never try to get even with your troubles
11. Count your blessing, not your troubles
12. Do not imitate others
13. When fate hands you a lemon, make a lemonade
14. Do the very best that you can
15. Rest before you get tired
16. If you are a housewife, learn to relax at home

Here are the 10 Rules of lkigai
1. Stay active; don't retire.
'Those who give up the things they love doing and do well lose
their purpose in life. That's why it's so imprtant to keep
doing things of value, making progress, bringing beauty or utility to
others, helping out, and shaping the world around you, even after your'official' professional activity has ended

2. Take it slow
'Being in a hurry is inversely proportional to the quality of life.
As the old saying goes, 'walk slowiy and you,ll go far.'
when we leave urgency behind, life and time take on new meaning.'

If you are in a hurry it incites that you are not in control and under stress. by taking things slow it means you are more
mindful of your decisions, in control and more often than not doing
the things you want to do

3. Don,t fill your stomach
'less is more when it comes to eating for long life , too. According to the 80 percent rule, in order to stay healthier loger, we should
eat a little less than our hunger demands instead of stuffing ourselves.'

this japanese proverb translates to
'eating to only 80% full keeps the doctors away'. Hara hachi bun me is a 2500- year old japanese Confucian that means
'stomach eight parts full'. You mostly hear japanese just say 'hara hachi bu' towards the end or on completion of eating a meal to indicate they feel almost full.

Think of hara hachi bun me as mantra that represents a form of wisdom-based calorie restriction that the japanese have practiced for hundreads of years. you could say 'hara hachi bun me' before or towards the end of your meal to remind you not to overeat.

4. Surround yourself with good friends
'friends are the best medicine, there for confiding worries that brighten your day, getting advice, having fun, dreaming . . . in other words, living

YOung people often say 'may life has no ikigai'. this is obvious. people who isolate themselves can't have ikigai -meaning or purpose. lkigai is only found in interpersonal relationship
