NavaVihan NavaVihan is a centre of creativity specializing in the designing of Handcrafted products, Educational Games and Craft kits for children.

"Navavihan" signifying "New Dawn" or a "New Future" is growing with a two-fold purpose. In its handicrafts it strives towards beauty, perfection and an appreciation of Nature. In its educational products, it hopes to help the child to learn and grow in joy, be creative and look up to a new future. Navavihan was started in 1983 and is managed by Mother’s Centenary Memorial Trust in Pondicherry. We

are a team of 20 people where each one is encouraged to contribute their creativity using various art and craft techniques like painting, embroidery, quilling, origami, paper pulp crafts, marbling to name a few. Our range of products celebrate nature’s artistry using leaves and flowers, seeds, cane etc. These with handmade paper make the products unique and add a warm touch of nature and beauty. Our products for children include innovative educational games and craft kits to encourage learning and discovery with fun and joy. These products can be used in children’s activity centres, classrooms and homes. When a child enjoys an activity, he automatically becomes more focused and that is the basis of all learning.
