This post is for you if you’re thinking about starting your fitness journey or have recently started working out.
A popular question our trainers are commonly asked is how often to work out. While there’s no magic formula, we’ve found that starting with 3 days per week works best. Hitting the gym every single day right off the start will likely not be sustainable over time. We love to see that initial motivation, but remember that this journey is a marathon, not a sprint! You don’t want to do too much, too soon, or you may lose your motivation. Muscles need rest so they can grow!
