Hey Guys 😀 Diwali Festival is finally Over and it's time to Detoxify our Full Body 🤩
Include these things in your Diet daily 😀
1. Drink Coconut 🥥 Water
2. Eat Raw vegetables like Salad 🥗 in Lunch or Dinner
3. Eat more Protein and less Carbohydrates
4. Eat any seasonal Fruit during Mid Morning Time
5. Drink Jeera and Ginger Tea during Night time
6. Avoid oily food for few days
7. Include good fat in your Diet 🙂
8. Stay Hydrated throughout the day
9. Drink Lemon Water or Chia Seeds Water in Empty stomach
10. Eat yogurt in Day time to cool your body 😀
