Upcycled serving platters. These are all made out of scrap glass. Since the material is shapeable at different temperatures. They are made into many functional daily use items depending upon their respective potential.
This way our wine bottles and olive oil containers etc are repurposed instead of dumping them in the landfill.

The plastic straw you used 8 months ago at the New Years Eve party, still exists. Its probably sitting at the bottom of a landfill somewhere right now, and will continue to exist for another 150 years, choking any possibility of new life from the land it is on.
Our earth has withstood every abuse we have hurled at her so far. Time to stop now - lets not test her patience.
Switch to reusable steel straws, and do away with the crime of clogging the land and the oceans with unnecessary plastic.
On a lighter note hoping the sweet sound of ice cubes clinking against the glass with our steel straw gives you another reason for you to make the switch! πŸ˜‡πŸ€žπŸΌ

Since we are talking about swaps let’s start with the most important MINDSET SWAP.
Sustainable living doesn’t mean you have to make sacrifices or live without luxuries.
Keeping in mind the best of both worlds where ethics and aesthetics go hand in hand with a little more information and practice.
You can’t change everything at once.
So let’s be realistic and start small.
But atleast START.
And no it doesn’t have to be boring, it just has to be mindful πŸ˜‡
