Meet our Gingerbread Latte — warm, spiced, gently sweet, and made for moments that don’t need to rush anywhere.

What you’ll need (serves 1):

For the gingerbread syrup:
– 2 tbsp brown sugar
– ¼ cup water
– ½ tsp grated ginger
– 1 cinnamon stick
– 1 star anise
– A pinch of ground clove
– A pinch of ground nutmeg

For the latte:
– Freshly brewed MC coffee decoction
– Milk, to taste

How to make it:

Add the brown sugar, water, ginger, cinnamon, star anise, clove, and nutmeg to a saucepan.
Simmer gently until the sugar dissolves and the syrup turns fragrant. Strain and set aside.
Brew a strong MC coffee decoction.
Add the gingerbread syrup to the coffee, followed by warm milk as per your liking.
Stir, sip, and let the spices linger.

These Cinnamon Buns are made for slow mornings, shared plates, and coffee that stays warm while you linger.

What you’ll need (makes 8 buns):

For the dough:
– 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
– ¾ cup warm milk
– 3 tbsp butter
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 1 tsp instant yeast
– ½ tsp salt

For the filling:
– 3 tbsp softened butter
– ⅓ cup brown sugar
– 1½ tsp cinnamon
– ¼ cup crushed pecans

How to make them:

Mix and knead the dough until soft and elastic.
Cover and let it proof until doubled (about 1–1½ hours).
Roll out, spread the butter, and sprinkle the sugar, cinnamon, and pecans evenly.
Roll it up tightly and slice into equal pieces.
Arrange in a baking dish, cover, and let it proof again until puffy.
Bake at 180°C for 18–22 minutes, until golden and fragrant.
