We like to introduce ourselves as pioneer manufacturer of polypropylene (PP) stationery & packaging boxes in India.
We again had first to our credit to introduce PP sheet based soft packaging boxes. Thus was born new division called “neopacks”. This initiative was born in 2001. For close to 10 years, ultrasonic welding technology was used to make PP boxes. But now technology has advanced & conventional welding process is now replaced by auto pasting. Again we are the first company who installed two auto pasting lines to make PP boxes in early 2010. We procure pp sheet from Neostyle India Pvt Ltd. which is our group company based in the same complex.
Neopacks are custom designed & fabricated to pack textiles, hosiery, cosmetics, lingerie, FMCG & many more lifestyle products. They are made in different shapes & sizes to suit the specific products to be packed. The boxes are auto pasted giving clean look unlike ultrasonic welding which leaves dot marks on the boxes. The boxes can be screen or offset printed for allover look. We are specialised to handle bulk production & are the only comprehensive plant in India starting from PP granules making PP sheet to auto paste making finished boxes for supply. Manufacturing capacity of pp boxes is 1 to 2 lacs pcs/day.
