Got hired as a "Stylist" at Banana Republic today, one of my all time favorite stores. BR began in 1978 as a travel outfitter, known for quality clothing and accessories destined for adventure. The first shop was in California where I am from and was called "Banana Republic Travel & Safari Clothing Company". Kinda' fits me doesn't it?! 😆

I weighed in the quality at BR compared to other shops I was looking at and this one came out on top so I am pleased they are the one's that made the first offer. No need to ponder.

So, that's it then; skin care & fashion. My Texas life creation is happening! 🙏

Just when I'm at the end I am reminded I got this laser apprentice training course included with my early registration last April! The never-ending road! 40hrs more. But, it is "free" for me...so, yip, onward!!! I guess this is only one week and since I am not working I can just do it now.
With this cert I can work at a med-spa and use lasers under a physicians guidance and collect the 150hrs needed to progress to more advanced skin/facial lasers if I so choose. Eyeyiyiyiyiyi...feeling the need to be working soon!
