Aggressive marketing by foreign companies vilified our wholesome oils, labeling them as "bad fats." COVID has been a wake-up call, reminding us of the harm caused by these so-called refined oils and the unparalleled goodness of our native roots, which provides essential good fats for not only nourishing but also healing our body.
