He is 100% right, but how can a normal person start a brand in Indian market specially full of credit, minimal cash flow and turn over.

Solved a retailer problem.
HE REQUESTED TO EXCHANGE.
I SAID NO - My Product colour got vanished, but manufacturing date was 1.5 years old.
GAVE HIM SOLUTION - Don’t keep such products on display, you will lose customer trust. Better sale then after apply BOGO offer on some other ok products.
By this customer will also be happy, and you will get your investment back.
RETAILER WAS HAPPY, He liked and was impressed with the solution.
I Pitched my products and he purchased in bulk.

Using a call flipped a NO into YES.
If nothing will work, REFERENCE works.
It was almost impossible to convince home because he was right at his end.
It was only to built trust on our brand gosaaf.
I just tried to connect him with commonly known good retailer, who are gosaaf repeated customers.
And THAT WORKED….
WE GOT A NEW COUNTER

This is how we usually pitch retailers for orders.
Worst part is - how much effort you do, not matter how good quality it is, you brand will be called as LYZOL, VIM, HARPIC etc..
Anyways, always try to notice :
what products not available on the rack.
Notice what quantity you can pitch.
Also note what products quantity are available this week - “you will understand sale of that counter”

For delivering we use a sales app for tracking all the orders. Even order of 10lacs can be handled easily.
This person in the video is backbone for delivering all the orders on time and getting payments and generating bills.
He deliver 12 orders on average daily.
He deliver orders of 7 to 8 thousand on average daily.
BEST PART IS - HE ENJOYS HIS WORK.

And truthfully? I’d do it again.
