The attar of roses is the king of all attar.
We use it 12 months a year. All types of sarbat and sweets have a rose attar.
The tast of any dessert remains incomplete until the effect of rose is added to it.
In the worldwide famous Bengali Rasgulla Rose water is poured over it as it tastes.
You all must have felt the rose test in some dessert. Please mention the name of that sweet in the comment.

Some information about kannauj atttar

One product found in every household in Kannauj is 'attar' (perfume/essential oil). Rows of sparkling ornate bottles of perfumes, attars and essential oils adorn every second shop of the town, be it a restaurant, general store, clothes or utensil shop. The legacy of manufacturing and selling attar in Kannauj dates back to the Mughal period and more than 60% of local population is engaged in the business.

attar are generally classified based on their perceived effect on the body. 'Warm' ittars such as musk, amber and kesar (saffron) are used in winter, as they are believed to increase body temperature. Likewise, 'cool' ittars such as rose, jasmine, khus, kewda and mogra are used in summers for their perceived cooling effect on the body.

Although ittars are mostly used as a perfume, they are also used for medicinal and aphrodisiacal purposes.

Spring -> rose / mogra/ juhi / chameli
Summer -> khus/ rose / sandal / kadm
Rainy Season -> juhi/ Bela / champa / kadm
Winter -> hina/kesar/ambar/kasturi

It is not only their four attar on the basis of four seasons. Our year-round life cycle . Which we use quite a lot in the daily basis.
