Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ready mix concrete market.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and achievements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the Ready mix industry.
Knowledge of the ready mix concrete market is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and own transportation.
