Soumya is 40 years old and lives in West Bengal with his elderly mother. A few years ago, his life turned upside down when he was diagnosed with a spinal cord injury, followed by a condition called Ankylosing Spondylitis. Together, these have left him in constant pain, struggling to sit, stand, or even walk without help. Once an active traveler and entrepreneur, today he depends on a wheelchair. Doctors have said his treatment cannot stop. He needs physiotherapy twice every single day and special monthly injections that keep his condition from getting worse. Without this, his pain will increase, his mobility will go down, and the damage could become permanent. The family has already spent everything they had: savings, jewelry, and assets, but the fight is far from over. Soumya refuses to give up. He dreams of walking again, rebuilding his work, and supporting his mother. Your help can make that possible.
