Some necessary information please:
1. We are an in-house boutique & are open 7 days a week from 11am-2pm & 5pm-9pm.
2. Payments are preferred through cash & online bank transfers.
3. Shipment charges vary according to standard shipping rates provided by the courier partner.
4. Please note that fabric quality & types differ hence, the prices may differ from each.
5. We design & customise our products as well as make readymade wearables as per order.
6. Always dry wash the products at first! Be it dresses or sarees, the first wash should always be a dry wash in order to avoid the chances of these fast colours to bleed on the fabric.
7. Always remember : A cotton or Mul cotton fabric doesn't have the sheen or flowy silhouette of a rayon, modal silk or georgette. A certain design may sit well in rayon, but not the same on cotton, so before proceeding for a certain design, kindly check if it fits the idea.
8. Alterations will be done only if it's notified within 14days from the date of delivery. Beyond that, charges would be applicable.
9. Quality over quantity always!
10. Goods once sold, cannot be returned or reimbursed.
11. We provide budget friendly products: Fixed rates mostly for sarees & approx rates for dresses while booking. However, please don't harass us with the prices quoted or ask for extra discounts.
12. For any query, please drop a text at our inbox between 9am to 9pm IST & we'll get back to you as early as we can.
13. If you are satisfied with our service, do spread the word please. If not, please let us know how we can improve.
