We start by making our strawberry preserve in-house using fresh strawberries, cooked slowly to bring out their natural sweetness and flavour.
That preserve is layered into our Strawberry Fudge Cake with a rich dark chocolate base made using cocoa powder, and finished with a smooth dark ganache topping.
Made with our own 52% chocolate buttons, this is one of those cakes that you’ll come back again for.
