Here’s what you didn’t know about white chocolate.

Most people don’t realize that white chocolate doesn’t come from a different kind of cocoa. It’s made using cocoa butter, the naturally creamy fat found inside the cocoa bean.

What makes ours different?

We extract the cocoa butter from the very same cocoa beans we source and craft ourselves. That means every step, from bean to bar, stays in our hands. It’s a slower process, but it gives us complete control over quality, freshness, and flavor.

The result is a white chocolate that’s rich, velvety, and made the way true bean-to-bar chocolate should be.
