Saffron Pie Confectionery Saffron Pie As a part of our syllabus we have prepared a business plan for c confectionery business. Shilpi Gupta ma’am.

It was a dream project of one of our team members and we all worked hard to give it a practical shape. Team member Rajeshwari Ranawat prepared the recipe for the Choco Chips and Pin Win cookies, financial and costing were looked by Barkha Agarwal, and constant support and coordination of Deepika Yadav added to the work and finally we successfully implemented the plan with the support and guidance

of our subject mentor Ms. She helped us to get permission from the higher authorities to launch our products on the evening of the convocation ceremony of our college. We got lot of appreciation from the gathering of the ceremony, and now we are highly motivated with the praising and are now ready to work on a larger scale. Team members: Barkha Agarwal, Rajeshwari, Deepika Yadav.
