We apologize for the disconnect for such a long period. Quality and On-Time Delivery are the two key factors PAYA Stores has always been known for. We have always maintained the standard of quality which our customers have demanded, sometimes we delivered even before the timelines while there have been times when we have missed the timelines. We have an almost 6 years of experience in this field and we know what challenges we have to face each and every day. We spoke to some of our valuable customers and discussed all the challenges they still face in apparel customization. Surprisingly, all of them said that there is no one stop place for apparel customization in India. Few vendors provide good quality and few have good customer care services, a few of them are providing platform to create their own design, while a few are offering good pricing but none is providing the exact update about the stage of their order.
To tackle it all and make apparel customization a smooth experience, PAYA Stores is coming up with a one stop solution for Apparel customization where you will get the good quality products, a platform where you can create your own designs, submit it and get information with a timeline for every process your order goes through, also a helpline number for each process and hence ensuring the on time delivery. Generally, on an average it takes 7 to 8 days to dispatch a customized order but we are happy to announce that we are in a process to reduce the dispatch time to 2 to 3 days only.
