chocolate making and decorating class this friday and saturday i.e. 22 and 23 november. It will be a 3 hour class where we will learn to make chocolates from scratch, make different types of chocolate like crackle, marzipan, nutty caramel and then liquor chocolates ( rum&raisin, rum cream, coffee liquor ) and truffles. We will then decorate it, wrap it and pack it. You will learn around 45 chocolates. Class fees is ₹6000. The course will be from 11am to 3pm and will be demo based with hands on in between and all you need to carry is a notebook and a pen and a tiffin to carry chocolates to home.
