Perfumes are categorized based on the concentration of aromatic oils in the mixture. Here are the common types:
Parfum (Perfume): Has the highest concentration of aromatic oils (20-30%). It is long-lasting, often for 8-12 hours.
Eau de Parfum (EDP): Slightly less concentrated (15-20%) and lasts for about 6-8 hours.
Eau de Toilette (EDT): Moderate concentration (5-15%) and lasts for 4-6 hours.
Eau de Cologne (EDC): Lower concentration (2-4%) and lasts for 2-3 hours.
Eau Fraiche: Has the lowest concentration (1-3%) and lasts for 1-2 hours.
