Roles & Responsibilities

Use lead generation strategy to prospect leads Call or email the generated leads with intent to sell our services Manage the funnel for generated clients, and follow the funnel to completion

Compensation

This is a commission based job. You will earn 20% of all revenue generated by the client first month and 10% thereafter for as long as the client remains active

Setting up all tools and processes necessary to manage an efficient sales team; removing any unneeded tools and or steps. You love efficiency! You need efficiency!
Data: You are data driven and take a measurement based approach
-Creating standard reporting formats for sales funnel KPIs - you take pride in clean data that will be used to make strategic decision by leadership
Persuasive communication. You understand how to work within a team of aggressive sales professionals to push the sales ops agenda forward. You are able to get buy in for tool investment and resources into Sales Ops

You have:
3+ years of experience working within a sales team where you’ve used funnel metrics and made recommendations for improvement
A track record of reducing operational overhead of Leadership and Sales Team members by leveraging software to do the heavy lifting
Technical/tool proficiency: you’ve used and configured all major CRMs, messaging platforms and can make recommendations to introduce new software to the team. You can master new software and tools quickly
Provided hands on support to the sales team by helping with ad hoc projects, i.e. testing email subject lines to improve open rates, setting up sequences for SDRs and AEs, sent out regular reports on team/individual performance, delivered regular feedback to sales team members about general trends
