When a user puts up a book for sale at TheBookage, the base price is decided by the user or based on the price mentioned at the back of the book, the MRP and the condition of the book. Now any student who is registered at TheBookage can BID for this book. The highest bidder wins the auction and gets to keep the book. This system ensures that the winning bid lies way below the MRP and even under the price offered at various book stores. The second option of buying books is the 'Buy Now' method. This option allows you to instantly buy a book, bypassing the bidding process. The 'Buy Now' price is determined by the seller, and is usually higher than the Base price of the bidding. All Transactions are carried through cash and at a place located in your campus at a time chosen by you. You not only save money but also your precious time. And the best part of it all, We do this for you without any Commission. NOTE: Once you bid for an item, you cannot retract from your bid
Although sometimes, mistakes do happen, So we allow you to withdraw your bid
only at the condition that you pay 10% off your bid.
