Terms & Conditions

All goods sold by CIARA Crafts are exclusively "handmade" and deemed not to have been produced through “mass production” methods.

Delivery and Return Policy

1. There is NO REFUND and NO RETURN of personalized orders.

2. All personalized orders are prepaid. Payment must be made via NEFT/IMPS transfer.

3. The personalized orders will be delivered to you within 10-15 days from the date of order placement, once the payment is received.

4. The standard delivery charges will be applied on all personalized orders.

Changes to the Service

5. CIARA Crafts retains the right to terminate or change the service for any reason at any time without notice.

6. CIARA Crafts retains the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. CIARA Crafts will inform the customers through the page of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.

7. CIARA Crafts retains the right to refuse service to anyone at any time in case of breach of the Terms and Conditions.

Marketing and Linking

8. You shall not sell out CIARA Crafts products to your own shop or other selling platform. CIARA Crafts products are to be primarily used for personal use or gifting purposes and not as a lead generator for your own site or other services and platforms.
