It is important to consume the right quality of paneer. But how to identify the quality?
FSSAI has given parameters through which you can identify the quality of normal paneer :
1. Moisture limit : Maximum 60%
2. Fat percentage : Not less than 50%
3. RM (Real value of milk) : Minimum 24
4. BR Reading : Between 40 to 44
Ask your retailer/wholesaler today if the paneer consumed by you fulfill these specifications or not.
