Aa a small business owner, it’s so easy to get pulled in every direction… you hear your customers, you feel their needs, and you start adjusting everything just to match what they’re asking for.
But somewhere in that process, you realize — you can’t design your brand by trying to please everyone.
Not every request is your direction.
And not every “yes” is good for your business.
It’s taken me a while to understand this… but staying rooted in what I believe in, what I want to offer, and what defines my brand matters more than constant adjustments.
Because at the end of the day, people don’t remember a brand that tried to be everything.
They remember the one that stood for something.
