Veda5 Ayurveda and Yoga Retreat near Rishikesh is looking to hire an Executive chef, for its star property in the Himalayan foothills.

Pre-requisites :
- prior experience in a star hotel at  level
- very good knowledge of South & North Indian, continental cuisines, ability to adapt recipes according to ayurveda guidelines and seasoning.
- very high creativity . Should be able to work with all available ingredients in the absence of specific or exotic ones.
- strong team player
- willing to teach as well as learn
- leads by example and can handle a team of cooks and stewards independantly.
- able to plan a menu within budgeted guidelines
- open to trying new approaches, innovative

Package:
Commensurate with industry standards plus 15% enhancement after successful probation review.
- Shared accommodation + meals.
- family accommodation also possible for suitable candidate.
