Follow up to my earlier post. has don’t nothing but post an automated message staring they will look into the issue. This irresponsible driver still has the ride going where he is yet to pick me up from 2.5 hours…
I called the driver again now and he miraculously answered the call and stated “complaint wherever you want I don’t care”..
let’s see if you even have the customer care to get this person to cancel the ride.. Looks like Rapido and its fleet of drivers are all just blind to customer issues.
I’m sure I’ll get another automated AI response for this too and then after nothing..
